Baguio Dormitories

Beatifully Designed Rooms to Help you Maximize your Studies

A hardworking student like you deserves more.  Why settle for run-down, old, and dusty dorm rooms when you can have a clean, spacious, and modern facility?  It's time to move and reward yourself...

Top Ten (10) Reasons Why It's Time to Move

  1. Spacious. The dorms are very roomy!  Lots of space to put your things.  Lots of study areas.  Lots of places to do your things!
  2. Cleanliness.  The facility is new: newly painted and renovated.  Plus, we have an in-house facility maintenance to make sure the place is always clean.
  3. Safety. We have 24-hour security in the building.  We also have CCTV in the common areas to monitor activities. We also have an in-house resident manager.
  4. Convenience. It's within walking distance to schools, hospitals, SM, Session Road.  There are restaurants, stores, and entertainment establishments, and more.
  5.  Amenities. FREE wifi as you surf to your heart's content.  Study rooms for your privacy.  Movie room with large screen and surround sound.  Computer rooms. Hot shower.  Kitchen with a great view.  And so much more you have to come check it out.
  6. Comfort.  With all that space, cleanliness, safety, convenience, and low cost, you will feel very comfortable being a student!  With comfort, you will develop better study habits!  And with better study habits, you will surely get better grades and be a step closer to your dreams!
  7. Fun. You will definitely have fun living here as we will organize different activities: videoke, hiking, exercise, movie nights, travel, cooking, dining, shopping, dancing, partying, and so much more...
  8. English. Oh, did we mention that our facility is an English speaking facility?  You will definitely develop great communication skills by the time you graduate.  Imagine speaking English with an American accent and having more confidence to face the world.  (Don't worry, there are non-English speaking areas if you don't want to speak English all the time).
  9. YOU and US. People like you can make this place great!  Imagine a facility full of fun, energetic, dynamic, bright individuals!  Then imagine cool staff members of The American Institute?  That makes for a great COLLEGE LIVING EXPERIENCE.
  10. Cost. With all of that, you might think that it's very expensive, right?  Well, the original price is Php 6,000 a month.  With a 50% discount, it will only be Php 3,000 for you!  And if you come with a friend, it would ONLY be Php 2,500 each per month.  That's inclusive of utilities.  What a great deal, right?
