next dish that I want to learn is/are Palabok or the Pancit Malabon. I do not know if these dishes are the same or different he he he. I want to learn from the experts ;)

most recent learned dish is kare-kare. I am really afraid of trying this dish. I thought it is complicated one. But to my surprise, it is simple to cook. For my first time cooking of dish, my client love it he he he. TSAMBA I could say he he he :D
