Topic: English Language

Does anyone have difficulty in communicating using English language? A number of us considered English language is hard to apply in communication. Indeed, I have a problem in communication with other people using English language specifically in grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Further, some people misunderstood from what I said because it is hard to express and construct the proper words.

“English is a crazy language”, words from Francis Kong.  And it is true because some words in English is crazy like, if a vegetarian ate vegetables, what does a humanitarian eat? In addition, there is no egg in eggplant nor ham in hamburger neither apple nor pine in pineapple. But the truth is English is a second language used in the world means you have to deal with it.

I will tell you the three ways on how to enhance in communication using English language. First, Learn. Read books it will increase your vocabulary and have a handy dictionary with you and from time to time, learn some new words. Second, Practice. The famous line “practice makes perfect” means whatever you learn put in to practice in the end it will enhance your grammar. You may practice this at home or when talking with friends and colleagues. Third, Develop. Search a good standard school or institute that teach English language and enrol like American Institute for English Proficiency, just what I did to improve my communication skills. So, the three ways to enhance your communication skill are learn, practice and develop.

I value good communication using English language because this is what I used at my work place. I have to be concise and clear in speaking as well as understanding different English accent because of the nature of my work. I suggest, explore English language in different ways in order to become effective in whatever you do, be it personal or professional matter. Thank you.

Chris, am I exempted of this assignment?  Hassan and I have done this assignment andour topic was FRIENDSHIP.  Can I get my certificate for C3? Thanks!!!
